Equinox Architecture designed these three, 3500 square foot artist live/work lofts on two lots forming a 5,400 square foot parcel on Abbott Kinney Boulevard. Designed by James Gelfat of Equinox Architecture, the lofts consist of flexible live/work space with three baths on three levels. The exterior ceramic mural was created by artist Elaine Carhartt.
