These two triplexes, designed by Joseph Murphy, are situated next to each other on Market Street in Venice, California. The triplexes provide comfortable living space with plenty of natural light, maximizing livable space within a small footprint. The units, originally built in 1986 received an exterior rejuvenation by James Gelfat and Betty Duffy in 2001. |
