This triplex, designed by Joseph D. Murphy is one of the first of many triplexes he designed throughout Venice, CA. The design maximizes the amount of livable space for the footprint of the building. The triplex underwent an exterior rejuvenation by James Gelfat and Betty Duffy in 2001. |
