On a typically narrow 30’X95’ lot on one of the Venice canals, architect James Gelfat of Equinox Architecture designed this home to bring canal views into the living space. Natural light pervades this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Additional living space includes a loft den and multiple outdoor rooms. Interior design features include exposed i-beams, open ceilings and polished concrete surfaces. Floors are radiant heated concrete. |
