1980s PROJECTS


During the 1980's Frank Murphy developed a multitude of projects that contributed to the density of Venice, CA. Beginning with a Single Family Residence in 1984 he collaborated closely with Joseph D. Murphy, his father and an accomplished and renowned architect, to develop a series of duplexes, triplexes and a six unit apartment complex. Through this period of time they contributed to increasing the housing stock in city that has continued to expand at a rapid rate.
