The 1990's and early 2000's were a formative period for developments by Frank Murphy. This period helped to establish Venice Collaborative's mission to create custom, high end housing for an ever increasing need in Venice, CA. With the majority of projects located in Venice, they ranged from SFR to multi-unit apartment complexes. Each development made a valuable contribution to the diverse surrounding community by adding additional square footage and high quality housing opportunities.
